Kingfield Owners Association Management Services was amongst the first companies in Dubai to be qualified and licensed by RERA with the new Owners Association Management Licence.Our Management Team all have over 15 years experience in Dubai and transferred over from our sister company Cityserve Facilities Management and can offer practical local solutions to Property Management and Owners Association management issues.
Company History
Kingfield Real Estate Consultants was formed in 2006 and built up a track record for excellence serving developers needs. Following the downturn of the Real Estate market, in 2008, Kingfield was requested by developers and clients to continue to provide management services for developments under construction.
Kingfield have provided a professional service assisting with collection of stage payments, “snagging” inspections, unit handovers, land registration and Facilities Management through its sister company CityServe Facilities Management LLC (CS).
Budgeting, service fee applications, contract specification, defect liability management, advisory services to developers to satisfy regulations and RERA requirements, customer care, and advice with the formation of owners associations are serviced through the newly formed KOAMS.
Existing Business
As of June 2010 KOAMS and CS have under direct management developments which collectively contain in excess of 1,250 residential and business units.
KOAMS have direct Interim Owners Association consultancy services for developments which collectively contain in excess of 4,600 residential units covering Dubai Marina, Dubai Investment Park and Jumeirah Village Circle.

KOAMS 4 top management staff each have over 15 years practical senior management experience in the UAE. KOAMS management were in the original batch to pass RERA’s Owners Association qualifications. KOAMS clearly understands the requirements of the new regulations, but our unique selling point is how to implement the regulations consistent with the developer and OA objectives.

Professional Owners Association Management
several of our managers have been certified by RERA as professionals in Owners Association Management, including Tim Crowe a qualified Management Accountant who has over 17 years of UAE management experience as General Manager/ Finance Manager or Director of a number of UAE companies and projects. We can offer effective support to the Board and advice on development of Community Rules and implement Board directions efficiently and effectively.
